RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Earth Like Organics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.- Earth Like Organics products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personalcare/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
- Earth Like Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
-  In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, please send us an emailto support@earthlike.org, within 24 hours of the order delivery. Our customer care will be happy to assist you. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.

- Images of the Product,
- Invoice,
- Inner & Outer Packaging
- Batch Number
- You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Wrong product delivery.
- Expired product delivery.
- Package has accessories missing.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Earth Like Organics
- Returns/exchange of the products will not be accepted if: 1. The product is damaged. 2. It is without invoice. 3. It is with tampered batch number and price 4. It is without its original packaging.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- No Refund shall be made once goods are sold unless it is fulfilling all above conditions.
- Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
